This inclusive set is ideal for metal melting and sand casting applications! The complete kit includes a Deluxe TableTop QuikMelt Furnace, (5) lbs of Quick Cast Sand Casting Clay, a 2-Piece Cast Iron Mold Flask Frame, Graphite Crucibles (10, 30, 60, 100, and 120 ounce), Tongs (2 pairs), Ceramic Flanges (10, 30, 60, and 100/120 troy ounces - fits and accommodates both larger sizes), Parting Powder, and Anhydrous Casting Flux.

The TableTop QuikMelt Deluxe is a top-loading kiln that will effectively melt gold, silver, sterling silver, brass, copper, zinc, and other precious and non-precious metals. Its ultralight compact design offers both functionality and portability. The exclusive RapidHeat technology enables firing up to 2200°F (1205°C) in as little as 10 minutes. This kiln uses a standard U.S. 110V power supply. The QuikMelt Deluxe contains four interchangeable flanges to accommodate five crucible sizes (10 ozt, 30 ozt, 60 ozt, 100 ozt, and 120 ozt); measured in pure gold (other materials capacities will vary). This set also includes two pairs of tongs for handling the crucibles. *Please note that due to the nature of raw steel under extreme temperatures, the steel surface will experience tempering and coloration changes over time. • Our Quick Cast is an ultra-fine, oil-bonded and pre-mixed moldable clay/sand mixture that allows you to cast highly detailed silver, gold, and copper materials. This method allows you to virtually duplicate dimensional objects (such as ancient coins, toys, wax, wood, plastics, etc.) with gold, copper, bronze, or silver using this reusable clay. Great for jewelry making. The molds can be made from objects composed of wood, wax, epoxy, plastics, and metal. Quick Cast Sand sand is a cost-effective way to cast your items. Not recommended for designs with undercuts. This is a Delft Clay alternative.

• The mold flask is sturdy cast iron vessel that is ideal for use with our casting sand/clay. Measures: 4-3/4" x 3" x 2".

• Parting powder provides a non-stick surface while working with the Petrobond quick cast sand/clay (4 ounce package).

• Anhydrous borax aids in keeping your molten metals at a liquified state, and helps draw out impurities (4 ounce package).

• Oberon Face Shield with Ratchet Headgear: Offers reliable heat protection during high-radiant heat applications such as foundries, steel mills, even investment casting operations. Oberon's metallized face shields send heat back to where it came from due to its reflective metallized face. This heat-resistant shield is designed with a scratch-resistant, polycarbonate surface, and features a wide-view. Includes a safety shield and an adjustable head ratchet.

• The 13" long-split cowhide welding gloves are ideal for working with high-heat temperature applications. They also work well for handling casting tools. Designed with a protective flannel lining. One size fits most.
